WINGATE, Ind. (CNS) — Mrs. Della Robinson, 89, of Wingate, died at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday (April 4, 1973) at her home. She was born March 16, 1884, in Wingate, the daughter of John D. and Mary Martin LaGue. She was married Aug. 27, 1905, at Fowler, to William Harvey Robinson, who died in June of 1968. She moved from Illinois to Indiana as an infant and was educated in the Fowler schools. She was a member of the Wingate United Methodist Church. She and her husband had operated Robinson Implement Sales at Wingate for many years. Survivors include three sons, Howard of Wingate, James of Newtown and John of Crawfordsville; a daughter, Mrs. Lilyan Duncan of Hartford, Conn.; a brother, Omer LaGue of Fowler; a sister, Miss Minnie LaGue of Logansport; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. EST Saturday at the Servies-Thomas Funeral Home in Waynetown, with the Rev. Rob James officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Friday.
